Yes, a deposit of $75.00 is required to reserve an inflatable unit. The balance can be paid by cash or credit card at the time of delivery.

Yes! Get the peace of mind that comes with knowing that you will not be held liable for accidental damage to our equipment by you or your guests by adding the Damage Waiver. This does not cover Theft, Intentional Damage, or Neglect. 

In general, Intentional Damage and/or Neglect includes failing to comply with the rental agreement. To break it down further, Intentional damage/neglect includes: silly string, gum, paint, markers, dye, cake icing, feces (human or animal), pet/animal damage of any kind, vomit, bodily fluids, pens, cuts, slices, punctures with sharp objects, and burn damage (or similar) from fireworks, cigarettes, tiki torches, etc.

A standard 110v electrical outlet is required within 100-feet of the event location. A generator is available to rent if you cannot accommodate this requirement. In addition, you must supply a water source and a water hose for water slide and wet bounce combo rentals.

Our inflatables can be set up on grass, cement, concrete, or even indoors with a different anchoring system available for every possible combination. When placing your reservation, please let us know on what type of terrain your rental will be installed. Inflatables that are setup on grass are anchored with long steel stakes, while inflatables that are setup on other surfaces or indoors are anchored with sandbags.

Under no circumstances should water be used with any inflatable that is not designed for such use. However, there are inflatables designed for use with water. We will be glad to let you know what water units are available for you to rent for your event. It is the customers responsibility to provide the water hose and water source. There is a soaker hose attached to the unit that your hose will attach to.

Yes! All of our units are cleaned thoroughly. We are committed to making sure that your children are playing in a clean, well maintained, and safe environment. After each rental, every unit is thoroughly cleaned by commercial vinyl cleaners, disinfected, and sanitized. Once the unit is clean, it will be inspected to ensure cleanliness.
