Terms and Conditions
In addition to the terms below, and the operation guidelines on each water slide or bounce house rental item, the Lessee (customer) agrees to supervise the operation of any rented unit and further agrees that if the rental item is damaged that he/she will reimburse J&H Inflatables Pensacola, LLC for the full price to fix the damage and/or the full replacement value of the rented unit.
General Rules for Safe Operation: Water slide / bounce house units must be operated over a smooth, compatible surface such as grass or hard top surface. The unit may NOT be operated on rough surfaces such as rocks, brick, glass, or any jagged objects. Water slide / bounce house unit cannot be moved by lessee after placed by J&H Inflatables Pensacola, LLC employees/contractors. Water slide / bounce house unit MUST be properly anchored prior to use. Unit will be anchored initially by J&H Inflatables, Pensacola, LLC employees/contractors, and the anchors MUST NOT be removed. Never attempt to relocate, adjust, or service a blower. Blowers MUST be protected from inclement weather/rain/water and should be moved indoors or to a covered area. DO NOT attempt to protect a running blower from water/rain by covering with a bag, box, or any type of structure as this will restrict natural airflow and cause damage to a blower and potential safety hazards to participants and bystanders. Ensure that all equipment such as blowers, generators, extension cords, etc. remain safely on dry land. In the event that water begins to saturate or pool around equipment, power sources, connections, etc., IMMEDIATELY CLEAR ALL PARTICIPANTS from the water slide / bounce house rental unit and surrounding area, and disconnect power from a safe and dry point (typically the standard 120v GFCI wall outlet). Never use during high winds (15 MPH or greater), gusty winds, thunderstorms or lightening/rain above 50%. The inflatable rental unit can turn over in high winds, even if anchored, and this can result in severe injury or death to the users. Do not resume use until adverse weather conditions have ceased. Always follow the manufacturers guidelines located on the rental unit itself. Contact us immediately for assistance with potential safety hazards.
